We are a team of people who, in the academic year 2005/2006, attended a 1st level master's degree, arranged by the University of Siena and by the Commerce Chamber of Grosseto, "Extra-Court Procedures for Disputes Resolution", lasted 12 months (1.500 hours divided in 210 frontal hours, stage and graduation thesis). Director of the master was Prof. Giovanni Cosi; teachers from various professional ambients; secretary of the Arbitration and Mediation Chamber of Grosseto, Dott. Alberto Zaccherotti. We want to establish a trade of informations between people interested in ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolutions. During the '90s, the Commerce Chamber of Grosseto begun to supply a service of ADR (arbitration and mediation). In Grosseto coexist the right structures, almost twenty-year experience and high level formation: a mix that makes Maremma one of the vanguard realities in Italy in this low-known domain, but with high growth potentials.
